About The Authors
Glenn P. Sockey, Author and Instructor Glenn was first trained as a bartender in 1980 at the Berkshire Hilton Inn in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Over the past 23 years, he has managed, supervised and tended bars and restaurants across the United States from New Hampshire and Massachusetts to Nevada and California.
Emily M. McFarling, Esq., Author and Instructor Emily is a practicing attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. She received her bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Missouri - Columbia and a law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston. She has spent many of the last ten years traveling throughout Europe and the United States. She has a strong interest in health and nutrition and is a yoga enthusiast.
